We typically require approved hours/changes by the 20th of the month to guarantee payment by the 28th/30th. We can agree custom dates for your business.
Yes. For our managed service clients, we upload the contribution file to your pension provider (Nest, People's Pension, etc.) immediately after running payroll.
We provide a secure cloud portal (and mobile app). Employees have their own login to view and download payslips and P60s. We do not email payslips for security reasons.
We can generate a BACS payment file that you upload to your bank to pay everyone in one click. We do not hold client funds or make payments directly from our account.
