Safe Migration Methodology
Sage 50 Backup Audit
We take a full backup of your current Sage 50 data. We run a "Check Data" routine to fix any existing corruption errors before we even start.
Chart of Accounts Map
Sage codes (e.g. 4000 Sales) are different to Xero/QuickBooks codes. We map your old structure to the new one so your P&L looks familiar.
Extraction & Conversion
We use specialist conversion software to extract customers, suppliers, and transaction history. We convert this into a cloud-ready format.
Validation (Trial Balance)
We run the Trial Balance in the new system and compare it to Sage 50. They must match to the penny. If not, we investigate until they do.
Go Live & Training
We hand over the keys. We train your team on how the new system differs from Sage (e.g. no "Update Ledgers" button needed!).
